Fluently read and respond both in writing and orally to various books and texts which include charts, graphs and websites. Use both regular and digital dictionaries. Differentiate between different text types Read and write short paragraphs or other forms of presentation in response to visual, aural or written material or about relevant matters to his or her life. In writing, the pupil must include basic grammatical structures and correct punctuation, using lower and higher order thinking skills. Produce surveys, questionnaires and power point presentations according to guidelines provided by the teacher. Develop critical, literary awareness, appreciation and understanding of historical, cultural, literal and geographical contexts. Use Intra-Personal Skills: Perseverance: to demonstrate perseverance throughout reading, writing and listening comprehension exercises.
